Q. Question? hey,

Q. Question? I am planning on going on an 8 hours flight so comfort is important. I am willing to spend money for a comfortable journey but can't quite afford business class. I am from America so don't really know which airlines are most comfortable all I know is that Virgin Atlantic is the most expensive flight and easy jet is the cheapest. Why is this? What is the difference? And is the Virgin Atlantic place going tot be more comfortable?
thanks Becky it is actually home to Florida that I am travelling

A. Best Answer: Your question is difficult to understand, as Virgin Atlantic & Easyjet are completely different airlines, and do NOT operate on the same or similar routes.
Virgin Atlantic is a 4 star airline operating long haul routes between the UK & the Caribbean, USA, India, Africa, Australia and the Far East. Easyjet, on the other hand, is a 3 star low cost airline operating flights from the UK to Europe, in the main, although their longest routes are outside of Europe to Sharm el Sheikh & Hurghada, in Egypt.
A comparison cannot therefore really be made, their business's being so different.

Q. Question? I travel a lot for my work. All over the world I have had my passport photocopied for various reasons. Booking into a hotel they either want to hold my passport or photocopy it, hiring a car they photocopy it, booking a flight at a travel agent they photocopy it in some countries. I can go on forever. A few years ago, in Odessa Ukraine, an immigration officer disappeared with my passport and was gone for 20 minutes and the flight nearly left without me. My details could be available for anybody to copy my passport all over the world.

The real issue in this Dubai thing is the copying of passports. Whilst anyone you want to rent a room from, or hire a car from, will only do so if they copy your passport, we are all at risk. There is no way that every hotel or car hire check in clerk is vetted.

The copying of, or retention of passports by hotels, should be made internationally illegal. Until then we are all liable to identity copying, do you agree?

A. Best Answer: Yes I cannot see the advantage in photocopying passports. I have traveled many times and even airports do not do this. Having said that airports should have a better system to spot fake ones In the Dubai airport all 11 managed to get through without being spotted.

Q. Question? From an airport in north west England... I don't care if it's indirect.. Economy no way I can afford business... All I want really is an approximate from a person whos been there... Because all the flight websites are cocks and can't acknowledge the fact I live in northen England and travelling from London isn't really an option for me... thanks :)

p.s I'm not rich so the cheaper the better... :)

A. Best Answer: Prices depend on your travel dates and departure airport. Difficult to get the best deals without Air ticket sites.

From Manchester, you may get a return ticket to Nadi, Fiji at about £ 1,043 GBP (for instance on April 21, return April 28) or £ 1,330 (e.g. on April 24, return on April 29). Prices from Opodo.

Similar prices from Glascow: £ 993 on April 20, return April 29 or £ 1,238 on April 17, return april 24

From Leeds, tickets to Fiji are usually more expensive.

Finding online the cheapest flight for you is the job of air ticket booking sites. The best ones, incl. Opodo, are listed here: http://www.willgoto.com/1/023798/liens.aspx

Use flexible dates in your query.

Q. Question? if there is what are they please

A. Best Answer: Generally you'll find that when there is first & business class on the same flight, that thee will be a visible difference in both the seating and the type of service offered. Taking transatlantic as an example, you'll find business seating to be flat beds, individual screens, etc.. and with probably 3-4 times the amount of seats as first class, but with the same crew compliment looking after them. In first, you could expect the seating to be larger, and maybe in a individual cabin style, the food and service will be of a higher level, and then there is the additional extras, like sleeper suits for night flights, etc..

Basically you get what you pay for, and even when there is a restricted first service, it would always be better than business class.

Then there is the ground services, such as lounges, limos, dedicated check-in and fast track through security.

Q. Question? So this upcoming saturday (the 13th) im flying from Munich to Vienna. I always fly Business, but this time my parents said I will have to find a cheap Business flight otherwise I will have to fly economy. Can you recommend some Airlines and send me as manny links as possible?

Thanks.

Flight Info: Departure: 13th Saturday Feb. Munich Airport. - - - - - 20th Saturday Feb. Vienna Airport.

(Ticket price can/should range from 300-500 euro if possible)

A. Best Answer: This is such a short flight that it actually makes no sense to fly in business. It's a 1-hour flight aboard a narrow body airplane. You have exactly the same seats as economy class passengers. You won't even have time for a proper meal, so it's a perfect waste of money.

The airlines operating on this route are Austrian (www.aua.com), Lufthansa (www.lufthansa.com) and Niki (www.flyniki.com) although Niki has no business class.

Q. Question? My boyfriend was a drug addict and to save his life he moved with his parents to Spain .
He had enough medication to last him six months (like antidepressants and dhc).
While he was in Spain he suffered really bad and begged his parents to get him a flight back to England ,which they refused .
One day whilst his mother was at work he heard that one of his friends had died of an overdose,so he took a lot of his tablets some cannabis and half a bottle of whiskey when she returned from work he started smashing things up and got a screwdriver and threatened to kill himself if she didn't get him a flight to England , then the police were called.
My boyfriend grabbed a knife and ran upstairs still threatening to kill himself,at that point he and his mother didn't speak Spanish so there was a language barrier.
After a short time he walked out with his hands in the air ,they took him to court the next day but and let him go with no explanation ,that was 5 years ago .
He since has turned his life around ,is totally drug free we have our own apartment we have been together for 18 months he his own business and we have a puppy .
The problem is after 5 years he has a court summons here in Spain saying that he grabbed a knife with intention to wound an officer and they recommend he receives a sentence of 3 years .
I am so worried has anyone else heard of the police trying to set someone up .do you think he will get off with this .
He has a DR report ,4 witness and his mothers report all saying its a lie.
Dont you think they people can turn their life around,it was 5 years ago .
If the police thought he was a danger wouldnt they have locked him up .
I dont think 4 witnesses who didnt know him would lie on oath .
Lucky your not the judge , what happened to innocent until proved guilty.
I wanted help from someone who understands .
Thank you Jess and Just a girl

A. Best Answer: I really feel for you ,I don't know Spanish law but I also live in Spain and have heard of this before.
I also know someone that lives in the UK and he killed his wife's lover by stabbing him 30 times ,and he got 3 years in an open prison ,so no one knows how these trials can go.
The fact that he is now drug free and turned his life around has to count for something.
I wish I could help you, good luck.
Don't pay to much attention to people that only answer to upset you ,they are probably teenagers and the worse thing that has happened to them is their PlayStation has broken
edit
Im shocked at the amount of answers here that condemn someone without knowing this person.

Q. Question? who has the best deals for flights to bangkok at xmas

A. Best Answer: You'll have a difficult time finding any deals at Xmas time, but depending on your departure city, China Airlines through Taipei usually has the best business class prices from the US to BKK.
Right now, they're offering a business class fare for a little over $3,000 from SFO to BKK, most airlines charge around $5,000. Don't expect that kind of price around Xmas though, Xmas is one of the busiest and most expensive time of the year to fly.

You may also want to check premium economy prices, for not too much more than regular economy, many airlines offer more legroom and slightly better service on the airlines that do offer premium economy, economy plus, etc..

Q. Question? hey

Can any one tell me kuwait airlines ? is it any good for economy or business class travel on a long distance flight ?

And how long does it take to fly from england to kuwait ?

And is it safe for me to go there been white and its near iran and iraq ? (as i need to change planes and wait for 4 to 6 hours).

What kinds of food will they serve do you think ? as its a middle east airline maybe.. so will they not cater to us.. as ive been on some airlines that have done that !

A. Best Answer: I hae not travelled on them, but in general the have received reasonable reviews, with the usual negatives too (see link). Food served will obviously be middle eastern in origin, and if that is not to your liking, eat before you fly and carry snacks if you get hungry on the flight.

Direct flight are around 6 hours.

As forif it is safe, read the latest from FCO below.
